Allergies
This face oil contains argan oil, which is derived from the kernels of the argan tree and is therefore classed as a tree nut.
If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, I recommend patch testing before first use. Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin (like the inside of your elbow or inner arm) and wait 24 hours to ensure no reaction occurs before using more widely.
Cleansing Balm
Warm a small amount of balm between clean fingertips and gently massage onto your face and neck. Focus on areas with dry patches or congestion. The balm will melt into an oil, dissolving makeup, dirt, and excess oil without disrupting your skin’s natural barrier. Use a soft, warm, damp muslin or face cloth to gently wipe away residue — wiping twice ensures your skin is fully cleansed.
Tip: If your skin is flaring, wait until it has calmed before introducing a new product.
Soothing Face Mask
This face mask stays fresh without preservatives and activates when mixed with water.
Empty the full pouch into a small bowl. Add about two teaspoons of water slowly (start with one and add more drop by drop) to form a smooth paste.
Apply to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for no more than 10–15 minutes. Don’t let it dry out fully, as this can irritate skin and make it harder to remove.
Remove with a warm, damp cloth. You may notice a cooling sensation — that’s the soothing aloe vera at work.
Important: Avoid applying to broken skin or using during an active flare-up.
Face Oil
Use the mini pipette to dispense one full drop. Gently pat or smooth onto your face and neck using upward motions. Avoid the eye area, and as always, don’t start a new product if your rosacea is flaring.
At night: Use alone as your final step — no additional moisturiser needed.
In the morning (for dry or mature skin): Apply after moisturiser or serum.
In winter or when skin feels dry: Add a drop to your moisturiser and mix in your palm before applying.
To enjoy the aromatherapy benefits, gently inhale the scent from your cupped hands after application — a small moment of calm.

How it works
Cleansing balm: the perfect rosacea cleanser for gentle care
A soothing skincare routine starts with the right cleanser. Rosacea-prone skin needs extra care, and harsh foaming face washes can often make things worse.
This cleansing balm is rich in gentle, nourishing plant oils — including apricot, coconut, castor, and papaya seed oil — to melt away impurities without stripping your skin. Mango butter adds softness and helps repair the skin’s protective barrier, leaving your skin clean, calm, and comfortable.

Face oil: anti-inflammatory and barrier-supporting
This gentle face oil combines seven anti-inflammatory botanicals: raspberry, jojoba, argan, pumpkin, lavender, frankincense, and geranium oils. Each one is known for its ability to calm inflammation and strengthen the skin’s barrier.
A healthy skin barrier is essential for managing rosacea. It helps keep moisture in, and irritants out — reducing sensitivity and flare-ups over time.

Aromatherapy benefits and scent
Cleansing Balm
This balm is often described by customers as “a spa in a jar.” It’s delicately scented with a calming blend of palmarosa and lavender essential oils — offering soft notes of fresh herbs, delicate florals, and a hint of fruit.
Palmarosa has an uplifting, comforting aroma that can help ease tension and boost your mood.
Lavender is widely known for its calming properties and may help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Soothing Face Mask
Infused with a subtle hint of lavender essential oil, this mask transforms your skincare ritual into a moment of quiet calm. You’ll enjoy a soft herbal-floral scent while the mask soothes your skin.
Lavender brings gentle relaxation and supports emotional balance.
Face Oil
Many of my customers say this oil smells like a luxury spa treatment — it’s one of the reasons it’s become a bestseller.
The scent comes from a blend of frankincense, lavender, geranium bourbon, and sweet orange, creating an aromatic profile that’s fruity, floral, balsamic, and deeply comforting.
Frankincense promotes deep relaxation and calm, perfect for winding down.
Lavender encourages rest and relaxation.
Geranium helps lift low mood and ease tension.
Sweet orange adds a cheerful note and helps promote a sense of wellbeing.
